Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges

Because the majority of our products are personalized and made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom engraved pens

  • Custom notebooks

  • Engravable highlighters

  • Any personalized stationery or accessories

Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including dissatisfaction with engraving placement, color variations, or buyer’s remorse.

Ledgers

Our Beauty Ledgers and standard (non-custom) products are also final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Order Cancellations

Because personalized orders begin processing immediately, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Once production has started, the order is final and cannot be canceled or changed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage/defect

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a solution. Damaged or defective items will be replaced with the same item only.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days and we’ll correct it right away.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
