Processing Time

Because many of our items are custom and engraved, processing times may vary.

  • Custom & Personalized Items: 3–7 business days

  • Non-custom Items (Ledgers, accessories): 2–4 business days

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be extended slightly.

We take great care with every order to ensure quality and accuracy before it ships.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $10.95 (3–8 business days)

  • Priority Shipping: $19.95 (2–4 business days)

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders $75+ (3–8 business days)

Shipping times begin after processing is complete.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Returned-to-sender packages

If returned, a reshipping fee will apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues

If delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping box/envelope

Eligible items will be replaced.
